Aces Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Aces purchase. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to assist you.

Made-to-Order Items & Accessories
Aces specializes in bespoke craftsmanship and handmade products. As a result, we do not accept returns for made-to-order items and accessories.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Orders placed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Kindly ensure all details are accurate before confirming your purchase.

No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any orders, whether domestic or international. In case of any product-related concerns, we will assist you in resolving the issue with an exchange or replacement (as applicable and per the terms mentioned below).

Return/Exchange Process
For returns or exchanges of eligible products, our customer care team will carefully review the request. Please email us at acestailorstudio@gmail.com or call us at +91 9270293694 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive your request, we will determine the need for a return or exchange.

Please ensure that the product is unused, with original tags and packaging intact, while initiating a return or exchange request.

Note: In the event of a return, any applicable import duties, freight charges, or additional costs incurred—especially in cases where re-export is required—will be billed back to the customer.

International Orders
We do not accept merchandise exchanges or returns for international orders.

If any item you’ve ordered arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us at acestailorstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please note:

●      Refunds are not applicable for international orders.
